In demonstrating its commitment to the continual acquisition of knowledge and the professional development of its consulting team, LiTMUS has a comprehensive professional development program for each consultant.

Training and Sabbatical Program
LiTMUS provides opportunity for continual 'skills' training as well as additional funds for a sabbatical program that allows staff to attend programs at leading national business schools, other development programs and international work experience.

Individual Performance Management Program
A 360o performance review is conducted every six months for each LiTMUS staff member. This program provides invaluable feedback and enables individuals to develop and achieve career goals that are ratified and supported by their LiTMUS colleagues.

Career and Knowledge Coaching
Each member of LiTMUS is assigned a LiTMUS coach. This coach is responsible for supporting the individuals career development, providing guidance, knowledge, resources and opportunities as required.
