| Steve Ingram For two years he led the Global Financial Services consulting practice for EDS (now HP), the Technology Services Company. Prior to EDS, for six years he was Chief Information Officer and Head of Global Technology and Operations for DBS, a pan-Asian Bank headquartered in Singapore. During his tenure at the Bank he was a member of the Bank's Management Committee, a director of Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd, the national payments provider, a member of the IBM Global Board of Advisors and a member of the Advisory Board of FT Ventures, a US-based technology venture capital firm. He was also awarded the 2005 Technology in Banking Achievement Award by the Asian Banker magazine. Before joining the Bank, Steve was CIO at a consumer finance company and at a telecommunications company in Dallas Texas. Prior to becoming a CIO, he spent fifteen years at Ernst & Young's consulting practice in both Australia and the US, the last eleven as a partner. |
| Brad Miller Brad's consulting career has been enriched through past managerial and defence leadership experience and he uses these acquired skills to lead and develop both formal and informal teams within Litmus and with his clients. He excels in the development and implementation of focussed business improvement strategies. His ability to assimilate and analyse information, solve complex problems, and assess and understand an organisation's operations environment and strategic objectives, allow him to confidently identify, communicate and drive an organisation's transformation initiatives. His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a primary focus on distribution, high tech, consumer products, natural resources and automotive sectors globally. Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. |
Julian Challingsworth Julian has extensive knowledge in investment management and Business Process Improvement. He has managed large teams to develop and implement process frameworks for multinational organisations. Julian has used his wide experience, which includes leading business process engineering assignments, to deliver operational performance improvements for corporate and government clients. His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a focus on Energy, Insurance, Telecommunications and Government. Julian has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting & Logistics, a Graduate Diploma in IT and a Master of Science (Organisational Consulting). Julian is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). | |
| Rob Wells Rob has worked in the UK and Ireland, throughout Asia and in Australia and New Zealand. He has worked in both privately owned and European and US publically listed multinational organisations. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business (honours) from Kingston University, London. |
Andrew Donovan Andrew is one of eleven national core facilitators for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a facilitator for the advanced level diploma program, Mastery in the Boardroom. He has authored several Institute education programs including Leadership: The Directors Role, The Executive Director, Mastery in the Boardroom and Board and Reporting. |
