David Bristow
(Chairman)

David is Chairman of The LiTMUS Group and has extensive managerial and consulting experience working with senior executives on complex strategic, operational and organisational issues to find and implement solutions. As a Management Consultant over the last 25 years he has been a Director in David Bristow & Associates, Vice President in a large international consulting firm, a Partner in a major consulting organisation and a Principal at another consulting firm. This follows 18 years in the Victorian Public Service where he rose to the senior executive service ranks. David is also an active Board Member of a number of commercial, charitable and not for profit organisations.

His prime consulting clients have included organisations in the oil, minerals and energy; manufacturing; government; professional services and communications sectors, and he continues to provide business advisory services to executive management with a focus on business and operational strategy, operational performance, organisational alignment and providing executive coaching.

David has a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Business and a MBA. He is a Certified Management Consultant, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Don Blair
(Company Secretary, Deputy Chairman and Director)

Don is the Company Secretary and foundation Director of The LiTMUS Group with 25 years consulting experience (over 12 years as a partner in a major international consulting firm) including international consulting experience in the UK and USA. Don has provided management advice to clients in a number of industries with a particular focus in the Utilities, Finance and Communication sectors in Australia and overseas.

He specialises in strategic management systems and the deployment of strategy including advising on information systems, performance improvement and change management programs. Don also has wide experience in managing large and complex consulting projects and dealing with their related issues to ensure that all program stakeholders achieve their objectives.

Don is a Chartered Accountant with degrees in Commerce and Computer Science. He also attended the Senior Executive Program run by the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Brad Miller
(Managing Partner and Director)

Brad is the Managing Partner of The LiTMUS Group. With over 17 years of management consulting experience, he has delivered consulting engagements in the areas of technology enablement, process improvement, supply chain transformation, general management strategy and account development.

Brad's consulting career has been enriched through past managerial and defence leadership experience and he uses these acquired skills to lead and develop both formal and informal teams within LiTMUS and with his clients. He excels in the development and implementation of focussed business improvement strategies. His ability to assimilate and analyse information, solve complex problems, and assess and understand an organisation's operations environment and strategic objectives, allow him to confidently identify, communicate and drive an organisation's transformation initiatives.

His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a primary focus on distribution, high tech, consumer products, natural resources and automotive sectors globally. Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.

Jon Chadwick
(Executive Consultant and Non-Partner Shareholder Representative)

Jon is an Executive Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience in global businesses in the Telecommunication, Manufacturing, IT and Financial Services sectors.

Jon has broad experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives. From business transformations to systems implementations, he uses his skills in program and project management, business analysis and computer software development to help clients deliver the outcomes they need to meet their corporate strategy and objectives. His strong leadership and people management skills have enabled him to successfully manage complex programs of work in large global companies and to develop creative solutions in process and systems improvement across the organisation.

Being delivery focused with excellent team working and interpersonal skills, Jon effectively manages large teams and consistently delivers outstanding performance. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Saint Francis Xavier University (Antigonish, NS, Canada).

Rob Wells
(Non-Executive Director)

Rob is a Non-Executive Director with The LiTMUS Group (LiTMUS). He brings to LiTMUS over 26 years in the IT industry gaining significant experience in a number of key areas highlighted below. Rob is adept at turning around organisations and building them into strong businesses with a very positive culture.

Rob has worked in the UK and Ireland, throughout Asia and in Australia and New Zealand. He has worked in both privately owned and European and US publically listed multinational organisations.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Business (honours) from Kingston University, London.

Steve Ingram
(Non-Executive Director)

Steve is a Non-Executive Director with The LiTMUS Group. He has significant international career achievements as a financial services senior executive, Chief Information Officer and technology consulting partner.  Steve brings to The LiTMUS Group a proven track record of achievement in leading large scale transformational change, both as an executive and as a consultant.  Steve has had deep experience in managing large budgets and headcounts and meeting and exceeding targeted outcomes.

Steve has worked across the globe in the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and Australia; and has a breadth of industry coverage including financial services and telecommunications.

Steve holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Chisholm Institute of Technology (now Monash University). Steve was formerly a member of the IBM Global Board of Advisors and an alumnus of the Research Board.
