Our Culture
The LiTMUS workplace environment has three pillars which support what has become our culture.
Our employees are encouraged to continually acquire new skills and broaden their knowledge. LiTMUS has developed a comprehensive professional development program which is partly directed by the company and tailored by the individual both within and outside the work place. A large component of our professional development is tied directly to the personal development of the individual. We believe the two go hand in hand. Happier, healthier and more balanced people make for better colleagues and consultants.
A strong element of the culture of LiTMUS is work-life balance, with LiTMUS setting up a health and well being scheme, called FiTMUS. LiTMUS is proud to be able to accommodate part-time employment for mothers returning to the workforce and ten weeks maternity leave, as well as two weeks paternity leave. When an employee joins LiTMUS they become a member of a ‘consulting family’ and a friend for life.

At LiTMUS, everyone has a right to be heard and an obligation to listen. We do not believe in hierarchies, position status or individual “perks”. Although we all have different experiences and different roles in our organisation, we are ultimately all on the same team working towards the same outcomes.
We are proud to have been recognised and awarded sixth position in BRW Best Places to Work 2010. The survey formally recognises the value that the firm places on its young and dynamic workforce and the investment undertaken in our people.
Our culture is what separates us from the pack.
- Total Transparency
- Personal and Professional Development
- Everyone has a voice
