Ian is practice leader of the Melbourne consulting team and a Partner with The LiTMUS Group with over 25 years of business and IT experience in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and the implementation of transformation initiatives. This has been gained across a variety of industries, in both project and line management roles. Ian has also fulfilled a number of leadership roles as a Partner with a large international consulting firm, including ERP Solutions leader for Asia-Pacific and building a highly successful PeopleSoft consulting practice for the Australian firm. He also completed a year as CEO for an ASX listed company providing Internet solutions to major corporates.

Ian's consulting experience follows 11 years in line management roles in the grain industry in Victoria. Ian's projects experience includes strategic information systems planning, applications architecture and delivery, shared services infrastructure architecture, IT effectiveness reviews, ERP Systems implementations, business process re-engineering, applications management outsourcing and web-based solutions. Ian has international experience serving clients in the Middle East, Greece, Asia and the US.

Ian has a Diploma in Business Studies and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Computer Society.
